How long is the process?
By law, we can not guarantee results but we can give a time frame on which you can expect results. The process can take 14 days or 14 months. We do not know how the credit reporting agencies will respond or how the original furnishers will respond. Every dispute is different.
Do we dispute collections?
No. We do not dispute 3rd party debt collections.
If you are getting text messages or emails from 3rd party debt collectors, screenshot them and email them to info@qpidslounge.com
If you are getting phone calls from 3rd debt collectors, email us at info@qpidslounge.com to get a free script on what to say next time a debt collector calls you.
If you are getting letters in the mail from a 3rd party debt collector, take a photo of the letter and email it to us at info@qpidslounge.com
What if the bureaus dont respond?
If you got nothing in the mail, you have the option to mail the letters certified at $7 per letter or you can email the credit reporting agencies directly. If they dont respond, we can possibly sue them for not responding.
Who all do we dispute?
We dispute the big three, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
How do we mail letters?
We mail letters for you for free via first class mail. You do have the option to mail them certified mail for $7 or email the letters directly to the credit reporting agencies.
How often do we update client portals?
Your client portals are updated every 31-35 days. Your account manager will email you to go over your account with you. Your credit monitoring must be active for us to update your client portal.
Do you sue for us?
No. I am not an attorney but I have a team a attorneys you will be referred to.
Can you help with my lawsuit?
I'm not an attorney and I'm not allowed to give you legal advice. I can only give my opinion and go over some things that can possibly help you in court.
I'm not a school teacher but I can help you with 2+2. Its the same with the legal process. I can not teach in a classroom but we can discuss the law long as I'm not giving you legal advice.
What do I do with the letters I receive from the credit reporting agencies?
Email everything you receive in the mail to info@qpidslounge.com
What do I do if a debt collector is emailing or texting me?
Send a screenshot of the email or text message to info@qpidslounge.com
What do I do if a debt collector calls me?
Email us at info@qpidslounge.com if 3rd party debt collectors are calling you. A script will be given to you on what to say next time they call.
Do we guarantee results?
We are not allowed to guarantee results and if anyone guarantees you results within a specific time frame..... run!
